On January 27, 2019, the Abruzzo and Molise Heritage Society (AMHS) hosts Georgetown University professor and author Anna Harwell Celenza at Casa Italiana Sociocultural Center. Professor Celenza, author of the book “Jazz Italian Style,” will discuss jazz from its origins in New Orleans to fascist Italy to Frank Sinatra. This should be a wonderful program for music lovers and history buffs! The lunch will be catered by Osteria da Nino. Cost for members $20, nonmembers: $25
